At Little Stiller, we take great pride in crafting premium, award-winning spirits, and we want you to love them as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We get it—sometimes plans (and drink choices) change. If you’ve had a change of heart, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
✅ You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
✅ You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Products

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safe and sound, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, we’ll gladly replace it or provide a refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please:
1️⃣ Take a photo of the damaged or faulty item
2️⃣ Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlestiller.com.au
3️⃣ Include your order number and any relevant details

We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible, because nothing should come between you and a good drink.

Incorrect Orders

If we’ve sent you the wrong item—oops, our bad! Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a swift replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
